½ oz Pedro Ximenez Nectar
1 Dash Chocolate Bitters
2 Dash Orange Bitters
STEP BY STEP
Add 2 oz Leyenda 1925 Añejo, ½ oz Pedro Ximénez nectar, 1 dash chocolate bitters, and 2 dashes orange bitters into a mixing glass.
Fill with ice and stir until well chilled and silky
Strain into a chilled rocks glass with a large ice cube.
Garnish with an orange peel expressed over the glass.
