Leyenda 1925 is a family-owned tequila brand inspired by a legacy that began a century ago in the highlands of Jalisco.
This project began with Julio González, a man deeply connected to the land and passionate about agave. His love for the fields and the culture of tequila sparked a dream, to create something that would honor his roots and carry the spirit of his story forward. Given the strong bond he shares with his cousins Montse and Juan González, Julio had always envisioned doing a project together. That vision came to life with Leyenda 1925, a tequila that not only reflects their shared heritage, but brings it to the world with dedication, respect, and a profound sense of origin.
